Noticing Newbies

Hi Roselyn.

Have you created the folder yet? You go to your portfolio, click create an item and scroll down to folder and click it.

To put things in you folder, you go to your port, scroll to the item you want to put in the folder and check the box behind the word delete the scroll down under all of your items you will see the *** Portfolio Organization System (POS) *** section

go to the third item, check the little box if front of Folder Management Utility (FMU):

the drop box will open.

you will see another drop box label 'portfolio' click the arrow and chose the folder you want to move the item to.

under this drop box you will see a 'move items to folder' button click and the item will be inside of your folder.
