Welcome to WDC, Jade Nite. As far as your question goes, the only sure fire way to develop a writing style is, in my opinion, to read and write. Take an author you like and try to emulate his/her style, or maybe try a freewrite (sit down and write, without stop, for about twenty minutes about anything and everything) and see if your voice just emerges when you don't focus on content and structure.
