Any "site" pages on Writing.Com without access restrictions should be assumed public. This include the "About Us", "Getting Started", "Help", "FAQ" and all other pages that do not indicate restrictions. While I understand a few people might choose to assume otherwise, I do not feel each site page needs to indicate that it is public. *Smile*
