Additional improvements (bidclick/autoreward)

Would also be nice to have a way to temporarly susspend Bidclick/autorewards.

This would be expectually useful if you're getting low on GP.
You can just turn off bidclick and/or auto-rewards. This would keep you from having to remove the bidclick and would be in the "My Account" area.
