Hi Kraky!

When you load the review tool from the pull-down menu in My Places, you have to load a template or click a review draft stored there.

Only from an item not rated or reviewed before, do you get a default empty review tool page to type in.

Just wanted to make the distinction. The review tool is much better than the note-pad in my opinion and has more space or so it seems. Or just say I prefer it?

I mentioned this before in here, and I still would love to get the empty template from the pull-down menu.
