15 for 15 Contest --- Closed

I was standing in a crowd of at least a dozen other reporters, each of us ready to pounce at the winner. Questions ran through my head to ask him. I needed witty questions! Not the stupid ones that all of the other reporters will ask! I need to be interesting and memorable, and yet get the whole story. I will be a great reporter one day soon! Sports reporting is my favorite. I am aspiring to be a writer for Sports Illustrated or some other similar magazine. This race was the biggest competition of the season! I needed to show my best writing skills.

I've wanted to be a reporter ever since my mom took me to my first football game when I was eight. The lights and the excitement in the air are amazing! I don't just want my fifteen minutes of fame, I want fame for life.
