Noticing Newbies

Hello,
I stumbled across this website while I was surfing the net and thought it might be fun to join! I recently started to write my first book after much encouragement from my boyfriend. I have posted the first few chapters of it, please read and feel free to leave any feedback, positive or otherwise. I'm very nervous as I have never let anyone see any of my writing before apart from my boyfriend!
Please forgive any mistakes in grammer, punctuation and spelling as this is not my strong point (thank goodness for spellchecker!)
If you go to the trouble of leaving me any feedback I will make sure to do the same for you as well as soon as possible.
