Para/Poem Challenge "Open"

This month we have the delirious drama of financial collapse perhaps
Bilateral consequences of a quarter century quest at best to deracinate us all
Indictable insight too late to annihilate the fateful fall
And an incoherent recovery project plastered on the wall like writing that nobody reads
