I've been feeling really dizzy since Tuesday morning. I went to the doctor who gave me some pills but they don't work. I'm going to go back tomorrow but in the meantime, does anyone know any home remedies? Is there a particular type of food I should be eating?
By the way, I've been spending a lot of time sitting or lying down, which does make me feel better, until I have to stand up again! I want to be able to walk about and do things, not spend my life lying on the sofa watching rubbish daytime TV! Please help!
