I think a lot of people were wondering the same thing, me included. As I explained to Nathalee before, a dhampire is the offspring of a vampire father and a human mother. A quick Google search will give you any extra information you may want, such as folklore and rumoured abilities. Wikipedia has a great article with popular culture examples.
