UPGRADE AIDE CONTEST

JUDGE ME, PLEASE

Well, first of all, as my assignment to review this contest and to judge the author of her/his endeavor, I can gladly say, that she's/he's matured enough to run this contest.

On my part as a contestant or participant, I've won that privilege to do my assignment (one- by -one) and with the time limit to submit. I understand fully that all of us, have the obligation to our personal life and that, doing the "unexpected prompt" daily, made us more energetic than the usual days without a "prompt". As a newbie, this is my first contest with daily prompt.

Of course, I entered this contest to win - winning the upgrade and winning the knowledge of submitting a literary piece/s with deadline. At first, it's very hard for me: I am working full time (hectic schedule with planning, organizing, supervising, etc..), then, I have a daily prompt to fulfill (Upgrade Aide Contest), and, I have challenges in Paper Doll Gang (thanks to sticktalker, Joy4Rain, Scarecrow, KristiLove), and most of all, submitting a weekly and monthly contests, etc..etc..in some other groups.

As for me, eager to fulfill what I am going through, needs my creativity to do what's best to win and to submit "poems, short story" which I am not quite knowledgeable. So, I have to "catch-up" with my daily routine, since I joined this WDC thing. But, I liked it this way because I can think instantly for a material to submit (not in quality or with grammatical errors I think, 'cause the judges don't bother to give a "star" on my submitted pieces), I've missed one day entry (entry 2) and until then, I am required to do the daily prompt, which I did up to Day 12.

Well, I am in favor with this kind of contest, which made the participants "push their creativity to the limit", and the deadline I think made them "scrambled". Of course, their personal matter was greatly affected.

In my personal view, what worked for me are the following:
1.) Round 12 -- Judge Me, Please: A summary of the contest which I have the opportunity to put my personal opinion of the contest (What I liked and didn't liked). And, this is a big chance for the author to collect info about her/his contest as a whole if it's (moving or not moving). It's the same as in Marketing, surveying.

2.) Round 11 -- Promote Yourself: Well, this is my chance to promote my port and my literary materials.

3.) Round 10 -- Monster,Inc.: Seems childish for me, but, gave me an ample time to think of the story.

4.) Round 9 --- Pet Peeves: A good one indeed!

5.) Round 8 -- 2 Reviews of Participant -- upper portion
2 Reviews of participant -- below portion
This is the most revealing and eating-up my time to review the port of two participants. But, I discovered something valuable when I am reviewing the whole port of the writer. Excellent!

6.) Round 7 --- Writer's Quest : A good one but seems like "marketing" the author's port.

7.) Round 6 --- A Story in Six Words: Very bad, I didn't liked this one.

8.) Round 5 --- Request a Review: Excellent

9.) Round 4 --- Fountain of Knowledge: A good one.

10.) Round 3 -- Limerick: Excellent! First time that I've heard of.

11.) Round 2 --- Sorry, I've missed this round, but I read and it's also good; Review the Judges I think?

12.) Round 1 --- Why do you deserve an upgrade: Well, in terms of writing it's good for the participant to write their feeling and views. But, if you try to look the title in different way, it's very intimidating and immature - in my opinion - why do you have to ask like this, when in fact, every writer or some writers need an upgrade? Some deserve an upgrade, and it's very understandable that every participant need an upgrade!
