Great prompt. I like the Writing Challenge.

To the word count you say: "All entries must be short stories between 500 and 4000 words. Please post your word count IN your story."
I'm guessing that means you want the word count either at the top or bottom of the story, (versus in the intro or forum post) not in the middle of the text, right?
