The Signature Block

I'm not sure if I should post this here ... or in one of the Technical Forums. But I wish to make this a suggestion--so here it is.

At the bottom of an email window is a Reply to Email window (bear with me, please). Within that window is a listing of the sent email (w/ML) AND a Signature Block (I assume if the person has one) of the person to whom the email was addressed so that he or she may reply. Can the Signature Block be placed permanently at the TOP of the reply window?

My reasoning for this request: Most folk who respond to my emails do so by posting their reply at the top of the email so I see their reply first. I always do the same--cut and paste my signature at the top of the box, then write my reply. Very few replies come to me at the bottom--about 10-15% maybe, and most of them are new folk. I suspect most folk who reply to emails do so at the top.

Obviously, I do NOT know the programming involved for such a request. But I ask because I'd really like to know. Thank you
