Watch a stranger today. As you go about your daily routine, take time out to people watch (erm, nothing stalkerish). Imagine their world, their purpose, their story, and why they crossed your path today.

Write: Build a small character outline for that person. Nothing too detailed (you know what they look like), but maybe there's something you can add to bring their personality to life.
