*Bullet* Grab a scrap of paper and a pen.

*Bullet* Write as long a list as you can of emotions (sad, angry, elated, blissful, lonely etc., etc.)

*Bullet* Close your eyes, and use your pen, your finger, or a pin, to randomly select one from the list.

Write: For no more than 15 minutes, write a poem, scene, dialogue etc., that clearly shows that emotion at work.
