Suggestion Box

On the writing ML help, under - Miscellaneous Tags it is explained how you can embed a poll into an item. I was hoping that maybe you could develope a way to embed a self- check quiz question, or survey question into an item as well but have the "submit" button at the bottom of the item, so the item will be like an online workbook page. (I hope all of that made sense)
