ah me - I wondered how long it would take....for one of my priceless collected gems
to be deleted - because its author no longer haunts our hallowed halls.
It feels really weird, to think of this - as such a remarkably astute representation of
value or quality having absolutely nothing to do with its stay in here...
but economics.
I haven't the heart to delete the post enitirely.............................

I just had to haul this little gem in here and let it light up the dark spaces
with a little bit of glow...

Well - I tried to unleash the hounds....but it turns out they were all off somewhere reading Lord Byron or something..................I could hear their distant baying bouncing off the barn roof...coming back to me in rhyming couplets, forsooth! egad and hell's bells.

(sheepish grin - especially considering the wolf's clothing)

This is a.....poem.....that for me at least, rises to the occasion -
had me leaping from my seat, - and inspiring one perfectly mad moment
of literary bliss.

I seem to be collecting things in here....stuff I have to go out there and find
(like conches upon the seashore)
- the shelf space looks a little friendlier for it.

....applause echoes slowly fading away..........................
