(I forgot to mention it does it like that because one can have a hundred EPs in a single item... and to send an email with each EP could be very cumbersome for the recipient. Since we don't really know when someone is done adding EP suggestions to an item, a single consolidated nightly email with the updates seemed to be a good solution.)
