Some people are doing their own NaNo, working on novels already started. Some wanted to start early. I have a word count of 2, like many other people, and I haven't written 2 words, you set your WDC counter to 2 inorder to have your NaNo item listed on the well... NaNo'ers list.

Technically, you're supposed to start writing on November 1st; But NaNo is about fun and about writing. Rules are made to be broken and its all about doing what is exciting and inspiring for you. *Smile*
