There are currently two methods for preventing public reviews:

1. Set the item to Email Comments Only.

2. Set the item to private with a passkey. The passkey and the link to the item can then be made available in another item, such as in the folder the item is in, or via email request.


Setting the item to group-only will also keep reviews from appearing on the Public Reviews Page, but will allow members of that group to see the reviews via the review tag if they know the review number.
