The League's Block Room

It seems like with every story I start writing I get distracted with another story and I'm skipping around not really committed to anything I'm writing. Every time I think I'm sticking to one story I turn to another and then I freeze. Its very frustrating. One of my stories so far gone that the actual idea just got buried under a bunch of lousy ideas. And then I'm stuck again. I've been writing for years but I've barely finished a story! So now I really want to at least have maybe half or a large part of my story written by August or the beginning of school. Any suggestions?
