The purpose of the instructions in the forum is merely to present the rules and guidelines for the contest. If you have any suggestions on how to present that information more effectively, please feel free to email me anytime and I'll be more than happy to take your suggestions into consideration.

As far as entering the contest, this one works the same as most other contests on WdC. Just create a static item for your story, and provide a link to it in your forum post. Details of how to do this are outlined in the forum instructions, and if you need any additional help, I'm more than willing to trade emails with you and walk you through it.
