excited for NaNo but. . .

I'm super excited about NaNo, this will be my 5th, but I'm stumped. I've outlined the novel I planned to write but the novel that's been stuck in my head for the last 5 years is now talking to me. What to do??? Hopefully by the 1st I will figure it out.
