Noticing Newbies

Hang on to them for now-- they're sort of a sitewide "currency" and are useful for "shopping" here on the site-- I use them as a way to let new members know that I'm replying to their posts since not everyone sets their settings to get "reply" emails to let them know someone commented on their post. Since you do get an email for GPs, it sends out a notice automatically.
