Well, I must agree this belongs in an "acid tongued" category. Very disturbing.
I guess this might be a character sketch. Whatever it is, it works. My only advice would be that you might want to break this into a couple of paragraphs, it would be a lot easier on the eyes. That, and it's "plume of smoke," a plum is a purple fruit-- unless you did that on purpose to characterize the character.
