*Hands riot a mocha* Uhmm.... I may have forgotten the ice... Stupid me got up at 4 am to make hubby breakfast cause I read a stupid article that said men who eat at least 6 hundred callories of high protein foods like Bacon and Eggs for breakfast every morning lost an average of 8 percent of their body fat in one year... It was suppose to be something simple. Microwave pancakes with microwavable sausage. But, no... I had to notice that the serving size was for three pancakes and I was ony cooking two. So I had to divide the calories by three then multiply that number by 2 then add the calories in the sausage. Then I realized there wouldn't be as much protein either. Instead of being 12 grams there would only be 10 and he was going to be short 300 calories so by the time I got done grabbing him a glass of milk to go with his breakfast... I was wide awake. Did I mention I didn't go to bed till 1:30? So if I forgot the ice Im very sorry. But, your lucky I remembered I had offered to sever coffee.
