I honestly think that preparing structure and rewriting are the BEST things that could ever happen to you.
I think at this point you should have some idea of what the beginning of your story looks like. If that changes? Who cares? Write it again. BUT ALWAYS SAVE A COPY OF WHAT IT LOOKED LIKE BEFORE (you might need it later).
If you care about your novel, you will move with it at every turn in the road.
But I do agree with Beck and Boilerman! If you get stuck, move on. Obviously that will figure itself out later. And at this point, a complete outline of the story is stretching it ... I have started to imagine parts of the story only because I'm describing the world they are in.
