The 90-Day Novel Group Home

I think I've learned a lot more about my characters, which brought out a lot of my story line. In this world I have created, it seems that those who have some malady or sickness, are really looked upon unfavorably by the "eveil Queen".. almost in a Hitler's Germany type of fashion. Oddly, as I was writing about this Queen, I realized that she had a club foot. This makes it all so very interesting. Because she was chastised as a youth (and many other factors), she sees the world in a certain way. A great war also left her without some of her family members and that creates certain thought processes in her head as well.

I think I had a much clearer picture of my protagonist when I started than I did of my antagonist, but now they are both coming into being "full characters" rather than flat ones. For me, my characters always shape my story, rather than the other way around, so this week was a great start for me!
