Signatures for Free Members

I fully understand that flashy, animated, or just picture signatures should be kept for upgraded members and higher, But the simple text signatures? I honestly think those should be allowed for free members, I mean, they aren't big, animated, or very colorful. That's my suggestion. The reason I'm putting this up is I won't be an upgraded member for long, and I don't use an upgraded membership for much more than signatures.
