I love the campfire idea, and right away it sounded just like the real thing, to have a leader and then to go around in a circle either continuing the story or sharing an individual one.
What I don't get is why our campfire is exposed to the entire community! (Such things are illegal in where I'm from, you know.)
I feel that campfires, by default, should be a "private-like" item such that only participants may view the contents.
Given that campfires can be started by free members, I feel that the definition of the item should respect such members' limitations, namely, their inability to create passkeys or groups.
My idea is for a campfire to be equivalent to a group (with many limitations) that contains a single group-only item, namely, a campfire (the original kind).
