Coffee Lounge

Hi Everyone! I'm new here and I'm still trying to figure out how this whole thing works but I'm glad I have seen this Coffee Lounge. :)

So,here we go. I'm Jen. And I am here in WDC by accident. 2 days ago I felt like I was really neglecting the other side of me, the one who loves to write and so I randomly Googled anything that has something to do with writing until I saw this site.

I started writing ever since I learned how to write. Really. I love writing just anything. During my elementary education days I spent most of time writing news, sports and editorials because of my journalism training. But I feel most free when I do poetry and short stories. However, most of my works were really personal, I never showed it to other people. So now that I am starting to show it to the public, it feels like I'm starting all over again. I know I have a lot more to learn and I am hoping with your reviews and tips, I will do better pieces.

I have been reading some works for hours now and all I can say is that everyone was really amazing! I hope someday I will be able to be as good as everyone else..:)
