Super Powers, Transformations and Magic

We've all seen stories about people who either mysterously gain powers or decide to use them to 'better mankind'.

This is a story where heros caused the end of the world and are busy fighting back an onslaught of monsters and aliens caused by their actions.

It all started when an ancient beast, just for fun, decided to play hero and ended up toppling empires, bringing magic back to the world, causing the dimensions to weak to the point of non-existant, and cause governments to become extream isolationist in a near dictoral army trying to fight back the monsters pouring in from other worlds.

You may follow the history of the world through the eyes of those that destroyed it or make a hero, villain, or whatever of your own who is trying to live in this world. This is a story not so much about super heros, but people trying to live in hell and survive.
