Words of Comfort for Maryann

Dear Maryann,

Therer are no words anyone can say to ease the pain of such loss. Just know that you have friends who feel for you, some who have gone through this same pain, and others for whom this trouble is yet to come.

We are all together in this, dear heart. This loss is a part of the burden we must bear, the cost of living we all must eventually pay. Your loved one lives on in your memories, and will do so until the day you join him, and others must mourn your passing.

With time and love, you will come through the deepest darkness, and find that, while the burden never departs entirely, it will lessen somewhat, and life's energies will begin to renew themselves inside you. New rays of light will shine.
