RE: THE WAVE ... This well packed, 300+ post forum is no longer a group only item.

UPDATE: JAN 1, 2012 ---- I-net open changes came down on the very first day of the year. So, onto TWENTY-TWELVE wafts onto the stage as new themes awaits. Of course, there's always a bit to be expected for seasonal pens.

Posts on any subject including: genre pens, blogs, our changing times, geography stats in your neck of the woods, pet peeves, venting and blowing the roof off are fine by me. As far as editing --- The only one who controls the goings on is one president, me --- TEFF aka MARY MOFFETT: TEFF (102) teffom@writing.com -- around since Oct 4, 2004.

While AUTHOR DISCUSSION CLUBs original motto prevails inside this mission statement. SHARING continues to be the name of the game. PROMO is sharing and this can take the form of book recommendations, or announcements when writers reach out and tell us about their works.

.... You shall find a list of Newsletters (a collection compiled since 2009) on various writing topics, agents, craft talk, contests, etc --
ALL ready for the grand opening at last.

We value READERS, WRITERS (AND ALL WRITERS READ & READ & READ) ----for stopping by, reading, commenting. The NL are listed by month & year ala post titles. Kept there via a compiled record of ALL monthly NL ... written & produced from "AUTHORS DISCUSSION CLUB"

Might I repeat --- Easy access toward newsletters from yesterday, today & tomorrow are now open webwise. Plus, one may read our posts, reply to them and enjoy.

Here are our NL Editors:
Valerie Jean - Happy New Year (99)
Ann Patterson best4writing (37)
MARY MOFFETT: TEFF (102)

CLUB boasts many serious writers who share their takes, rouse our interests and whoosh as soon as the sun sets ... folks might decide to stop on by. Throwing in two to eighty-five cents is up to ALL CLUB Members, whom are annually cordially invited to write newsletters on topics of their choice. Likewise, due to the forum being open ... welcoming all posters. Writers write because they have something to say. Inside the stretch of fiction -- various levels portray looking at such things as society. Nutshelling options is simply a degree of instigating discussions.

Contents of today's contemporary LIT & Non-fic depends on content to be salable. Discussing the terrible, uncontrollable state of the Earth is a paramount inclusion in articles for our times, realism wise and journalistically sound.

Discussing published, famous, upcoming authors by working authors (writers all) who arrive as participants, enjoy & recommend great reads remains hopeful. A Librarian buff who keeps her hand in ... these things often drop into the foray from Yours Truly.

And by HISTORY alone, we could cheer up by realization (realism) from another brave new world the past century, and the one that settled our nation.

Well, e.g. do recall that back in 1841 things had to be a lot worse.

Leaving you now with a low hum which began in The Great Depression, written by songwriter, musician, Yip Harburg,

"Once I built a railroad ...
We made it run.

Buddy?
Can you spare a dime?"

Thanks. Whenever you embrace rocking the world, please let me know. Hell, yeah, I'd love to hear about it.

Allow this: Miss TEFFY is far from the sharpest fork in the drawer, evident by walking into a Public Library without a doubt. Standing beside authors' names which line those library shelves from A- to Z, alas Mary Moffett is not up there. However, keeping the dream afloat nonetheless. How about yourselves, dear audience?

Sure, kidding around as per usual in a fly by night, seat of the pants modus operandi. Again typing a new version for this "AUTHORS DISCUSSION CLUB" Intro which is ---

A CALL for new members & potential posters. To learn more visit the WAVE "RIDING THE WRITERS WAVE OPENS"

*Check* us out, view our member lists, look for activities. Most of all, be assured occassionally writing myths are presented. Meanwhile, author-to-author hints are a given for all who stop over @ the good old WAVE.
Au revoir!!!
Cordially, Mrs. Mary Moffett
