The Talent Pond recently had several meetings using the Chat Room, which resulted in a transcript being sent out with the results. Usernames are used to depict who is talking at any given moment. But most of us know each other by our given names. Later, when reviewing the transcripts, it's often difficult to discern who actually made a comment.
Would it be possible to allow folks in Chat to change the name displayed while there?
It sure would make things easier to follow during the meeting and after when reviewing any minutes. Thanks.
