The images are created on graphic programs like Photoshop, Paintshop Pro, Gimp etc. etc. and then uploaded to the website. :)
The page you're looking at "Garden of Treasures" - is a webpage. I save all the gift images I receive offsite (on Photobucket) and then simply link them on the webpage. That way I save room around here. *lol*
