In summation from that, I don't believe we've removed any given reviews since roughly September 2008... that includes both reviews given to items that are deleted (the reviews are not deleted) or reviews given that are "hidden" by the author receiving them. The reviews all still tabulate towards total reviews given.
It looks like you've really only given 1 review in the past 4 years, so... given the timing of the changes noted, you've likely not been active since the changed went into effect to benefit from them.
