Suggestion Box

I'm not too sure if anyone has asked for this or not and I know it can be a programming nightmare but I thought I would ask.

We have many sci-fi and fantasy writers on the site that would love to use a calendar item that is not tied to groups or anything like that. I know I would like one that has the following features:

1. Allows for days longer or shorter than 24 hours.
2. Allows for years that are longer or shorter than 365 days.
3. Allows a year to be divided down into different groupings than seasons, months and days as the Gregorian calendar is. (ex. four months of 60 days each per year)
4. Assigns events to each of the days/months/seasons/years/etc. These events can be all "day" or events of a moment/time interval.
5. Track story events for story projects that use the new calendar.

There may be more features as I think about the project. But yeah... it's a massive programming project. Not too sure you would even have the time for something like it but I thought I'd ask.
