Hello Vic!
Well, seeing as you just moved into this flat, I brought a housewarming gift: a brand new radiator!
Okay, so it's not brand new, but it looks new at least.
Okay, so it's not really a radiator. but a bunch of cardboard boxes stitched together.
Okay, so it's poisoned.

Geez, man! Do you want it or not!
Hmph.
