To the second part of your question, each of those questions can reflect issues on the book that can narrow a demographic to who to market to.

Disabilities might include amputees or little people. Maybe it is about a poor person who cannot afford a home. Maybe thre are themes that resonate with Muslim people or those from Nigeria.
