Something that you can currently do is to give the post or entry ID number along with the r-item link.

Both forums and books are searchable for their component parts' ID numbers. A search on the component ID number will generally bring up a single component. Exceptions are if that component has been linked in another one, or for entries, which have 6 digit ID numbers, if the number happens to overlap the number of some other link.

To clarify which number, your post is the 5800th post in this forum, but the ID number of your post is 2443713. So you could refer to it as: post 2443713 in "Suggestion Box"  [ASR]
