My outline revisions are posted on my Storyboard in my writing area. It's so much easier for me, personally, to have a story board. I have the biggest piece of poster board I could find and I used colored Post-It notes for my story and character points (one color for story points and another color for character-related information). It's easy to move things around and add different scenese where I want them that way!
