If you are going to change, I would echo what AmyIsabella--almost better! Author Icon and Joy Author Icon said and change now. You have plenty of time to get a different idea prepped, and switching 15 November would be a nightmare.

And definitely keep what you started. This novel might be very chatty in February and you might be sorry if you trash it! Good luck!!
