I also sleep with a wrist brace, not as nice looking as yours Michelle, but very similar with the metal piece to keep one's arm in that position. It thingk the height of your desk also makes a difference or whether you are typing on your lap, etc.
That's probably also true about the writing. I wrote the other night for ages, and my hand really ached, but in a different way.
What are you doing about yours Overlord?
Dawn, its also the repetitive movement, or vibration they say - that's a huge factor. in fact my hands tingle more when I use my laptop... it seems to be that vibration in the metal keypad that aggravates it.
