It's not "cheating" to spend MORE time on it-- the 15 minutes is more of a guideline/minimum. Most of the time, with stories and things, it's going to take longer. 15 minutes is also such a short period of time that it's hard to say you CAN'T do it, so instead you just do it and discover you're suddenly really having fun doing this writer thing. or draw-er thing, as one of my friends likes to say. (he's not an artist, he's a draw-er. LOL)
