October Novel Prep Challenge

I was just wondering if any of our turbotypists sprinting to 50000 have attended any of their regional write-ins yet. I had the pleasure of attending my first one last night. Though, the establishment was quite busy and full of noise, I managed to pump out 4000 words while I was there. I met some interesting people, each of them were more than willing to explain how they prefer to write, what processors they use, and how the back their data up.

I must say, it was an educational experience, and those looking for a bit of friendly socializing or even a push in the right direction, I highly suggest attending one.
