Crys, we worked this out in email. The problem was actually a miscommunication in Storm's reply, not Cherry's question. When Storm said "It works for others" it sounded like she was saying something along the lines of "it works for others so why can't you figure it out" as opposed to what she meant, which was, "the passkey only applies to others, not you, the author." Taken in that light, it's understandable how Cherry might have gotten defensive, and Storm recognizes and regrets how her words might have been misconstrued. But the air has been all cleared up now, so we're good to go.
