Hi, Davy

I had a PUBLIC static item in a PRIVATE folder pop up in
the left nav panel under the heading Reviewer Items.
Now I have to change the accessibility of every item in that
folder from PUBLIC to PRIVATE.

What is the logic behind making a folder PRIVATE then?
