I checked and the creation date of your submitted item is withing week 9. So you did follow the rule: "Your item has to have a creation date that falls within that particular week. Writing.Com time is the only valid standard."

You did not follow this rule: "For your entry to be counted, you must post your item to this forum within each week."

Unfortunately, to be fair to all of those who are following the rules, week 9 has to be a suitcase.
