Date for blog entries.

I have been editing some entries in "Goal: Be a Successful Freelance Writer!" Open in new Window. this morning.

Now, if I view my blog, the entries show the original entry date and the edit date. However, if I view an individual entry, it ONLY shows the edit date.

For example, No longer sleeping in my car . . . from Goal: Be a Successful Freelance Writer! Open in new Window. appears to have been "added on 02/05/13".

Also, if you look at the blog using the Archive feature, this same entry does fall in the right place but, again, is listed as being "entered on 02/05/13".

If only one date is to be shown, I would much prefer to have the original creation date displayed.

A friend who was trying to read my entries in order was using these dates as a guideline and so was jumping around all over the place because the edit dates are being shown as if that was the day the entry was created was totally throwing her off.

Would this be a difficult thing to change?
